Senior Executive, Information Technology

Key Job Responsibilities

To support and assist the IT Head / Manager / Assistant Manager in managing / maintaining the entire IT infrastructure of the Bank and all the subsystems that support it which include the following:
  1. to configure, manage, support, and troubleshoot a multi-user computing environment, support patch management, system monitoring, preventing incidents and recovery activities in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and application support.
  2. to identify, evaluate, and report on information security risks and provide expertise on security standards, regulations, and best practices, build and oversee enterprise-wide strategic plan and programs on data leak and fraud prevention, and vulnerability.

Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Engineering / Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience, preferably in IT system/ infrastructure support, information security and operations.
  • Experience in handling virtual environment, network and security equipment, backup software, Windows / Linux server is an added advantage.
  • Experience in supporting application support is an added advantage.
  • Familiar with supporting of IT infrastructure and troubleshooting, IT infrastructure setup and implementation, and system/software installation.
  • Proficient with Windows Server and Linux operating system knowledge and maintenance, virtual machine support and maintenance, networking, backup support and maintenance.
  • Demonstrate integrity in handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Pleasant personality with good communication skills and strong analytical skills.
  • Resourceful, able to work independently and a team player that subscribes to DBOS’ core values.
